Ljiljana Ostojić

Ljiljana Ostojić (1988) completed her undergraduate and master's studies in psychology at the University of Banja Luka. She completed introductory training in the psychotherapeutic approach of Transactional Analysis TA-101 at the Institute for Education in Relational Transactional Analysis in Novi Sad, in 2023.

The participant is undergoing advanced training in the psychotherapeutic approach of Relational Transactional Analysis and the application of Transactional Analysis in working with children and adolescents, also at the Institute for Education in Relational Transactional Analysis in Novi Sad. Interested in human potential development, she completed a training program titled “Psychotherapeutic Techniques in Business” in Belgrade in 2023, as well as many other useful trainings in her field of work. She gained work experience in an elementary school as a psychologist-specialist, as a psychology teacher at the Adult Education Center, then as a court expert in the field of psychology, and in various other roles involving working with people. Her previous work experience as an expert advisor for teaching at the Adult Education Center contributes to a deep understanding of the specific needs of mostly marginalized populations, both in learning and skill development and in the search for adequate employment. She firmly believes that it is essential to have a space where we feel safe and accepted in order to achieve the changes we need. She is responsible for creating a supportive atmosphere and a trusting relationship in which users will receive professional support in overcoming various life crises and problems, as well as assistance in finding appropriate employment or occupation.
