Željko Novaković has the greatest access to entrepreneurs in the Brčko District of BiH through the realization of projects by the Brčko District Chamber of Commerce: the International Economic Fair “Brčko” (2017, 2018, and 2019), “HelpDesk for Business Entities” (2021-2023), “Support for Business Enterprises in Brčko District BiH in Recovering from the Pandemic Crisis” (2021 and 2022), and the Employers’ Association of Brčko District BiH: “Participation of Brčko Entrepreneurs in Domestic and International Fairs” (2021 and 2023), “Improvement of the Business Environment” (2022), and “Global Trends and Local Economic Development in Brčko District BiH” (2024). Another segment of Željko’s professional engagement is related to the realization of several training programs in the field of entrepreneurship, business plan writing, and the impact of marketing in modern business: “Self-Employment Program in Agriculture of Brčko District BiH” (2021 and 2022), “Business Plan Writing” (2022 and 2023), “Business Plan Development for Small Businesses and Future Entrepreneurs” (2022), and “Social Media in Modern Business” (2024).
