Continued Preventive Action of the Diabetic Association in Brčko – SEI Team Among Citizens

As part of the project “Unlock Your Strength – An Opportunity for Women, Youth, and People with Diabetes,” a preventive campaign measuring blood sugar and blood pressure was continued today at Youth Square in Brčko, organized by the Diabetic Association Brčko – a partner organization of the SEI project.

Representatives of the SEI project also participated in the action, checking their own blood pressure and sugar levels alongside citizens, thus personally contributing to the promotion of health awareness and the prevention of chronic diseases. According to information received, no new cases of diabetes were detected during today’s action, which is an encouraging sign.

The aim of such activities is to raise awareness about the importance of early detection of diabetes and hypertension, in order to prevent more serious health complications and promote a culture of preventive check-ups among citizens of all ages.
